Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you notice an issue with your order, please contact us.

Care Instructions:

All of our Items are Hand Made, with tons of Love, Time, and Talent poured into them. Please carefully follow care instructions to ensure you get the most out of your items!

Tumblers

• Do not soak. Soaking your tumbler can lead to the Epoxy Seal breaking  and ruining the artwork.
• Please DO NOT use Dishwasher or Microwave.
• Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Although we use high quality epoxy with 500* heat resistance and UV protection, long term exposure to UV rays can damage/fade your cup design. This can also cause premature yellowing of the epoxy.
• Avoid dropping or rough handling of products. The last thing you want is a ruined item.

Freshies

• Do not lay directly on a surface.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Do not consume.
• May melt in extreme heat.
• Not responsible for any damages.

 Car Diffusers 

• Toxic do not ingest.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and surfaces.
• Not responsible for any damages.     

   Car diffuser instructions:

• Remove stopper under lid, screw wooden lid back on.
• Turn upside down a few seconds to absorb scent in wooden cap.
• Leave hanging upright at all times to avoid spills.
